For 16 years, the Birmingham Chapter of the American Association of Zookeepers (AAZK) has organized and hosted an annual 5K run and children’s fun runs. In 2019, over 550 runners participated with an additional 100 children running in the fun runs. Each participating runner supports conservation internationally as well as professional opportunities for zookeepers. We are excited to bring back “Zoo Run” this year!

Proceeds from the 2022 Zoo Run will support the Sloth Conservation Foundation. We invite you to consider a sponsorship of a minimum of $100 for the 2022 Zoo Run.
